Aziz Rakhimov 

Chief Executive Officer, Kiko Global Co., Ltd. 

Aziz Rakhimov is an international business leader specializing in cross-border investment, trade, and strategic market expansion, with deep expertise across Japan and Central Asia. 

He has been part of Kiko Global Co., Ltd. since its establishment in 2019 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2024. In this role, he leads the company’s overall strategy, drives international partnerships, and supports long-term business growth. 

Mr. Rakhimov began his professional career in Uzbekistan, gaining experience in economic policy, investment frameworks, and government-to-business cooperation. Since moving to Japan in 2009, he has built a strong track record in international business, including investment and project evaluation at Asuka Green Investment Co., Ltd., and business development and global sourcing in the medical and healthcare sector at Hope Medical Co., Ltd. 

He combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is experienced in working across multicultural teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
