Privacy Policy

Kiko Global Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes the appropriate protection of customers’ personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) as a social responsibility. We are committed to handling Personal Information in accordance with the following policy. 


1. Management of Personal Information

To protect customers’ Personal Information, the Company has established a management system led by the Representative Director. We define appropriate rules for handling Personal Information, conduct operations, training, and audits, and continuously review and improve our efforts to safeguard Personal Information.

In principle, the Company does not provide Personal Information to third parties.


2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Company complies with laws and regulations related to the protection of Personal Information, as well as other applicable norms.


3. Scope of Personal Information

Personal Information subject to this policy includes the customer’s name, phone number, address, gender, date of birth, email address, occupation, purchase history of products or services through the Company, and inquiry history.


4. Methods of Collecting Personal Information

The Company may request Personal Information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number during communication with customers. Additionally, we may collect transaction records and payment information, including Personal Information, from partner companies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


5. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The Company manages customers’ Personal Information using necessary and appropriate methods. Personal Information is used for operations related to our services, shipping, event coordination, customer surveys for service improvement, refunds, outsourcing to affiliated companies, and other necessary communications.

When customers purchase products or services, we may inquire with financial institutions or credit card companies using the customer’s name, bank account, credit card number, and related information for payment processing.


6. Provision of Personal Information to Group Companies

To improve our services, the Company may provide customers’ names, dates of birth, and purchase histories to group companies. We may also submit Personal Information to public institutions in accordance with laws and regulations.


7. Outsourcing of Personal Information to External Parties

For shipping promotional items, products handled by the Company, event coordination, customer surveys, refunds, outsourcing to affiliated companies, and other necessary communications, we may entrust the handling of Personal Information to external contractors who have signed confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements with the Company, within the scope necessary to achieve the intended purposes.


8. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

If a customer requests disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their Personal Information, the Company will promptly respond after verifying the identity of the requester.
